Montana Medical Billing, LLC
WMPLC/REGION V RESA partners with MMB to provide Montana schools with Medicaid Billing Services.  In 2017-18,  Montana Medical Billing school/coop clients received over $2 million in Medicaid reimbursements.  Their services include data entry which saves your school/coop time and provides financial accuracy.

MMB charges its clients 7% of total Medicaid reimbursements to the client.  This rate is considerably less than that charged by other billing services in Montana who specialize in school-based billing to Medicaid.  This is a great opportunity to bring in extra reimbursement for your district at a great rate.  For new MMB clients, WMPLC will waive the base $275 WMPLC membership fee for the first year. This will allow schools to enjoy the full benefit of membership in WMPLC for only $1.10 per student for the first year.  Become a WMPLC member today!

Montana Medical Billing has been providing Third Party Administration services, including billing and claims information management since 1994. We began by providing billing services to educational agencies and have expanded until our services now cover the majority of the school population in western Montana, as well as several educational agencies in eastern Montana. Since 1999 we have provided claim adjudication and payment services, as well as

provider relations and information management for the statewide Montana Cancer Screening Program.

Prior to opening Montana Medical Billing, the owner, Laurie DeLong, was a Medicaid School Based Services Program Officer. As a result, we have a solid current knowledge base of Medicaid requirements and we offer trainings to keep our clients up to date and protected in
the event of audit.

Our staff provides all data entry services, as well as data checking for reasonableness prior to submitting claims to Medicaid. We also provide full posting and claim follow up services, as well as reconciled monthly reporting. Charges for claim billing are a flat percentage of the amount received by our clients, with no membership fees.

Cash flow within 14 days to the client, complete and accurate reporting and friendly, professional service are standards of Montana Medical Billing.
