MT EPAS Teacher Evaluation on Steroids is training for school administrators that provides training and support focused on teacher observation and evaluation processes and procedures. Attend one or all of the five sessions. Sessions 2-5 are follow-up workshops for school leaders on all four components of the EPAS model. This online training is intended for identified district leaders focused on clinical supervision processes, collecting and analyzing classroom observation data, and professional growth plans.
Intended outcomes: Increase leader competencies and knowledge focused on teacher evaluation and observation. Schools Leaders will learn to effectively collect and analyze unbiased observation data to support job-embedded staff professional development.
