November 2, 2022
Picture
This  2-hour workshop provides an overview of the Montana Educator Performance Appraisal conferencing/feedback process, as well as opportunities to practice analyzing feedback based on a four-point scale. Workshop content compliments any current teacher evaluation process implemented in a school setting.

Intended Outcomes
At the end of this session:
 Participants will have a clear understanding of the “feedback” process enveloped within the Montana Educator Performance model (or whatever clinical supervision protocol used in its place), including the process for providing high-quality, targeted, and actionable feedback to educators at all levels of instruction and subject-areas.
 Participants will have a clear understanding of how high-quality evaluator feedback aligns to job-embedded professional development.
 Participants will have a basic understanding of how inter-rater reliability and calibration aligns to drafting high-quality feedback narratives, both formative and  summative in nature.
