Teach Forward and Calibration
WMPLC/JIGSAW Consulting offers virtual or face-to-face workshops for schools with calibration options, aligned to Montana EPAS, for all Montana educators.  Teach Forward is a virtual professional learning platform supporting the ongoing, collaborative study of instructional practice and high-quality feedback.
Teach Forward supports synchronous and asynchronous professional learning experiences, including:
  • Shared observations and calibration discussions across groups of educators using 100+ videos of K-12 instruction.
  • Leader calibration certification.
  • Virtual instructional coaching by teacher mentors, administrators, or ed prep supervisors.

About the instructor:  
​Dr. Jo Swain has served as an elementary principal, central office administrator and school superintendent. Additionally, Dr. Swain taught Clinical Supervision at the higher education level to over 125 aspiring leaders completing a master of educational leader degree. These years of leadership experience have provided her with a wealth of information and experience designed to assist you in your leadership journey!
